The homes are for sale that are mobile homes and travel trailers.

You have to own for the most part. They do have some they rent out but you have to check with the office and rent is daily, weekly, monthly or annual stay.
the spots are 650 and there might be my aunt and uncle just moved out so there might be a spot but some of the people in the front arnt that nice
Yes they have a new policy that anyone with a felony in there record can not live here. I think that a person who pays hus or ger debut to society should be given the same rights as anyone else an not prosecuted for a mistake.

To be honest dont know...my rent for the spot is $650.00 a month ....but everything is included...(power , basic cable + water) and I have my own rv camper
