I bought a 5200 vanity from online thinking it was a reputable company instead buying from homedepot. I was a big mistake!! It was the wrong vanity and month later I haven't received my refund the manager is so careless I don't know what to do to get my money I talked to build and they said Forgunson still has the vanity that's why they haven't refund my 5k. Horrible customer service. Homedepot is so much better at taking returns and so much easier. Stay away from this business is overpriced and Horrible

We were on vacation and when we came home found our refrigerator/freezer had completely shut down, we lost everything! We went to the store in Vista,CA to buy a new one. Found it was by appointment only and you could only make them online. My wife has more patience for this kind nonsense than I do. So went home got online, found out they couldn't see us until October 20! That is 3 weeks! They must only have one person working there. We went to Pacfic Sales, they were by appointment also. They fit us right in, and we spent 3 grand on a new refrigerator. DO NOT SHOP WITH FERGUSON!! Give your business to someone that deserves it, Pacfic Sales

I made the mistake of going to the Escondido location first which is not a true representation of Ferguson. I was redirected to Gary a the showroom was so happy I did. He was able to quickly and efficiently find what I was looking for and make it happen. I will definitely go back to Ferguson in Vista for my future purchases!

Ferguson has an unbelievably huge selection that will meet your home improvement needs. The sales staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. If Ferguson doesn't have what your looking for no one else does!

"We recommend using the packaging from the original shipment if possible. Follow the instructions provided with the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number we sent via email. If you’re using a return label that we provided, print the return label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop your shipment off at any UPS location. If your shipment will travel via freight (semi-truck, LTL, etc.), then repack all items very well, secure them to the original pallet(s), and prepare them for shipment (we recommend using the packaging from the original shipment).
