I would give them a -5 rating if they had that number. Have been calling for a month now and all I get is waiting on the line or hung up on. Their service honestly is terrible and they don’t care,

Go to 1232 Tech Court. Get an application, fill it out completely & attach required proof, deposit in box outside front door and They will contact. It's slow but they will respond as required by federal law

Was supposed to call for a phone interview by TODAY (10/20/20) & have been trying to reach someone for 3days with no luck & SEVERAL attempts! My case will be closed if I don't speak to someone TODAY but I have no clue how to reach anyone!

Is anyone able to get through to anyone at this department? I've been on the phone all morning trying to reach someone in person and all I can get through is an automated system that doesn't help me at all. This department is absolutely worthless.
