Apparently the workers here don't understand their own online ordering system. When ordering online for pickup, if you click "ASAP" it has an estimated pickup time. However, the workers here WAIT until that estimated pickup time to start making the order instead of making it As Soon As Possible. Why order ASAP if it's not made ASAP!? And the worker gave me attitude and told me I was "early" even tho I ordered ASAP

Ordered 12 sandwiches online as a work lunch, placed at 11:15 AM. Estimated time to finish was 12:54. Tried calling to see if we could get get them earlier, but the phone went to straight to a full voice mailbox all of the dozen times we tried over 15 min. Whatever, we arrive about 15 min early just in case they were done early - nope, hadn’t even started working on them yet. 1:15 rolls around and still not ready, the lady at the front makes the excuse that there’s only 3 of them and they have to make the sandwiches in the order they were received. Well, you received our order TWO HOURS AGO. And we’re still waiting. Inexcusable, will not order from this location again.

Ordered delivery for our office lunch. I got one of the vegan chicken sandwiches and I was blown away. From crunchy bread to the sauce with garlic flavor everything was perfect. I would eat plant-based meat from here again.

I'm BESIDE myself! How could you serve this to someone?!! I purchased a sandwich from Ike's (University Ave.) to bring back to my husband for lunch. After taking a bite, he noticed how stale the bun was and when he looked he found this!!! Blue/white mold covering the whole bun. My husband has an extremely compromised immune system after battling 2 types of cancer for the last seven years and this could have landed him in the hospital! I called Ike's and was told the only thing they could do was put my name on a list for a free sandwich. I would never eat from here again. Not only was it expensive, i waited a while for this Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE sandwich. I feel this was not an accident because why would i be asked to step outside and why would there be no oversite or inspecting the food before serving the public. Very disappointed, i was singing this places praises to my husband before.
