It is a good place to get parts

I really wanted to come on here and give y'all a 5 star rating. The staff that works here know the true meaning of what "Quality Customer Service" is suppose to represent. It's beyond impressive how knowledgeable these guys are about automobiles. It's as if all of them are former seasoned mechanics. They know exactly what your looking for, before they look it up on the computer. Then they still look it up just to make sure. This is definitely the place to come and purchase your auto parts, because they won't steer you worng.

Stopped by today (9/22 at 3:45pm) to purchase a new car battery and headlight. The door has no less than 4 signs indicating that face masks must be worn in the building. As soon as I entered, I saw a customer with no mask on, an employee with no mask on, and an employee with a mask down around his neck. I asked if they could put them on for my safety. One employee stared at me, blankly, while the other employee and customer started telling me that COVID-19 is a hoax. I work in healthcare, and this pandemic is very real. Needless to say, I was appalled and left immediately. I took my $200 next door to AutoZone where they were masked and respectful. I will NEVER shop at O’Reilly’s again.

Came in in New years day for a headlight. I came across the store manager Carlos and he was very polite and helped me install my headlight. I also bought some fuel injector cleaner and he mentioned a deal they had going on the lucas bigger bottle fuel injector cleaner and ended saving me money. I was interested also in buying a bug deflector for my truck. He showed me one they had in stock and helped me install it. Man the customer service he gave me was better then great. I will always come back and shop at this location.

At one point in time used batteries were a easy find,at auto salvage yards and some auto repair shops good luck with that now. If your wallet does not allow you to purchase a new one that can range from 60 thru 170 dallars try to save or borrow if you can . Winter is approaching and a good battery is the key component when it's 10 below zero, don't trust a used battery for 20 or 40 dallars that someone has wiped clean with a rag it could be 5 or more years old and look great .most batteries have a date stamped on it or a sticker that tells you when it was manufactured . Good Luck
