Do not go to Halsted. I have been a loyal client over 7 years. I normally go to Hazel Crest. This Attendant on halsted rushed my 10 year old daughter to the side while I was showing her how to use the dryer, to use the one right above mine when there are literally over 30 dryers in that place. She was moving like a Crack head and It wasn't even crowded. I told her that was rude. She said "I'm not that big" talking about her size but totally forgetting the cart she was wheeling is... I left it alone and she continued to put her clothes in between mine while I was loading them in the dryer. Mind you I had 5 $9 washers. She then went on to call someone to come up there who stared at me all night and when I went to take my clothes outside she and the lady also went outside. I hadn't even noticed she was trying to intimidated me until my children bought it to my attention. Life is too short for nonsense. I take my safety seriously! People like her is the reason I got my conceal and carry. Save yourself the nice-nasty customer service and go 4 miles over to Hazel Crest. This is disappointing beyond repair.

Staff is so friendly, helpful, hardworking, with a positive attitude. They do a wonderful job of assisting and interacting with customers. The place is always clean and bright.

Have been coming here for about two years now, the facility is always clean, the attendants are always kind however tonight’s experience has kinda rubbed me the wrong way. Being a frequent customer I have seen their signage that states “last wash is at 9pm and the doors will be locked at 10:30” multiple times. Tonight I came inside after sitting in my car to swap my clothes to the dryer at around 8:30pm, as I was placing my clothes in the dryer I noticed the attendant side eying me as he walked over and locked all the doors. I shrugged this off until I was getting my clothes out of the dryer as I over heard him tell another customer that “they won’t change the signage or google listing but we close at 9.” After she had walked away he addressed me stating that the sign clearly states that the last time you can put clothes in the dryer or washer is 9pm, when I expressed that the implications the sign gives off is the latest time you can begin washing is 9pm he got very irritated and started mumbling under his breath as he walked away. As someone who works by appointments only I too leave if there is no one in my building, however locking the doors prior to the time stated on the doors is simply bad business.

Awesome laundry cleaning store. Clean and has slots. New machines and everything works. You can bring your kids here because there is so much room. Burger King in front of you get hungry. Been coming here 20 years

No. It not free. It's 25 cents for 8 mins. You have to add more quarters for more time.
A quarter for every 8 mins. So about 4-5 quarters if you want about 40 mins or so. YW.
Confirming, have to be in the building by 10:15 or so
911 - I guess that would be the case. Someone cut their finger while they were there and just needed a bandaid. You would think a first aid kit should be on hand.
