Positives: The customer service was good, they did the work fast, the price was decent, and they aligned my wheels. Negatives: whoever was in my car adjusted my a/c settings; the rubber boot that protects the inner tie rod was ripped, out of place, and had a hole in it. That was a new piece and it was on before the alignment and it wasn't mentioned to me or corrected. So, if I spend money on a new one, I need another alignment and while it is in the shape it is in, it isn't doing it's job like it should. The lug nuts that hold the tire in place, were not that tight. They didn't respond to the BBB to resolve this so that is shady. How many other bad jobs were done that people are not aware of that lead to serious issues? If they mess up they should fix it.

This is probably the best tire shop that I’ve been to. Period!!! They were fast and efficient and I will be happy to send anyone there that I can. My 2006 truck received an alignment and it rides wonderfully. You are indeed worth the 5 stars that I gave you. ***** By the way, a friend of mine referred me to you, so I thank him too

I ran into a flat tire randomly driving home from work. It was during rush hour and I called to see what could be done to quickly fix(I was right down the street). I knew it was busy and they had a good amount of cars there but, they told me to come in anyway and 45 minutes I was on my way with the new tire and a great warranty. Very happy with their service

The service here is great, usually very speedy, and the prices for every service I've had them do has been quite reasonable. Plus, they are honest. I once brought my car into to the shop, thinking I needed new breaks. Turns out I didn't and they told me so, when they could have just duped me and make a quick buck. I highly recommend them for car service.
