Stayed 8/2/22. Ac unit in the room was extremely loud. Sand all over the sink counter in the bathroom so clearly the room was not throughly cleaned and the curved shower curtain was curved into the shower?.... Let the front counter know in the morning and they couldn't care less. For $160 a night I'd expect better. 100% don't recommend!

Disappointed. The hotel lacked a few basic amenities, especially the bathroom area. I was surprised they didnt have any hooks or rack for clothes in Bathroom. Shower area was not clean. We stayed for two nights and found it Surprising that Room keys were valid only for 24 hr and they had to be renewed again!! Never Ever seen such a thing !! Breakfast was repeated and was Ok. Muffins were stale!!

The Service desk was nice and accommodating. We had issues in the first King room that was allocated where bathroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, drawer handle was broken. We called front desk and they found another room quickly. Room was very spacious way larger than what we have seen. The room AC was very quiet and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice as well.

This place was absolutely disgusting. When you first walk in, it smells like mildew and the furniture and rooms need updating. When we got to our first room, the bathroom reeked like cigarettes and we found an old chicken bone left in the microwave as well as stains all over the comforter. When we mentioned it to the front desk, they just gave us a new room which was expected. But when we got to this room, the bathroom also reeked of cigarettes and was really dirty. There appeared to be mold in the microwave as well, and the carpets appeared extremely dirty. The pool was also disgusting, there were these big black spider looking bugs in every corner of the pool. There was visible dirt everywhere in it. The fire alarms also went off at 4am and woke us up. The breakfast selection was subpar, and they were out of most of the items. Do not waste your money on this place, it is dirty and gross and your clothes and stuff will reek like cigarettes when you leave. Wish I could rate it 0/5 stars. The mildew smell is overwhelming in both of our rooms we tried as well and all over the hotel.
