Let me start this review by saying I rarely entertain the idea of visiting Crate & Barrel because of the pretentious sales pressure atmosphere I’ve experienced in the past. On my last visit I was engaged and blown away by the experience this store afforded me by having the incredibly non pushy and absurdly professional Scott Orn (I think that’s what he said his last name was) understand me and show me things I never imagined buying but am so grateful I did. I will not add so much as a spoon to my house without his approval (and greedily my enjoyment of the experience he provides with integrity and utmost class.) I can’t recommend seeking Scott out enough as he embodies the opposite vulturous approach when it comes to making sure his clients receive something they’ll love.

When looking for a steak knifes I stop on this store, the lady was awesome as she help us to understand the diff kinds they have on the show room, when we tried to buy diff models..."not in stock", "u need to order, it'll be here in 2 weeks", were all of the answers... I even asked can you sell me the one in the show room?..."oh sorry, not possible"...short story, do not loose your time on this Barrel store. I went to Sur d Table just walking distance and buy my "steak knife sets" and other stuff.
