I was sent a release of employment while dealing with severe back issues..... baised on lack of communications to management?? I was on disability at the time.... When all they had to do is look on the EDD portal on my current status. Very difficult place to work. Reminded me that retaliation still exist in labor jobs. New management with ZERO knowledge about OCHA compliance. Severe lack of communication with the co workers. No staffers knowledgable enough to turn the water off and on, I watched as a 18 year employee had to call a plumber to turn the water system back on. To top it off, the communication I get is a report that the most senior maintenance worker has made days and weeks woth or jokes on what the doctors were doing while under observation. As a new hire the management staff gave me feeling of fake it till you make it. No clear defined role of director, direct supervisor, labor staff. One incident the director tried to convince us it was not hot. In the middle of July, 93 degrees and 40% humidity. Place looks nice, upgrades are coming but I would keep a tight leash on management.....liability to themselves. Enjoy.
