My Sunny Channel

My biggest complaint is the postal worker that leaves our mail in the drive way or on a wall far from our front door. I also saw one weekend lady just pitch a package on the ground in the middle of our drive way. I thought that packages are supposed to be delivered to the front door? Not being able to walk our packages to the door gives them a ONE rating! A little update: The people that work IN the Bonsall Post office are really nice and helpful. So I'll up the rating to a 3 because of them :-)

Would give no stars if I could. Poor delivery. Have contacted them previously about not leaving items on my doorstep on weekdays when nobody's home during the holiday season. As you probably figured out by now where this rant is going. They simply explained that they cant assure what their drivers do. That they are just trying to make quotas for the busy holiday season. Well not only today was the 3rd and 4th item stolen from my doorstep, but they also placed another units mail in my box. Bravo guys. This speaks volumes of your lack of accountability and supervision from this post office.

My boys and I take a box every month to the post office for my husband, who's currently deployed. Every single time we go there, we walk out saying, "This is the nicest post office." They always talk to my boys, give them stickers, candy or even a dollar each to go buy ice cream from McDonald's next door. They really go out of their way to make us smile. I truly appreciate it. <3

A lady there named Blanca was so rude. Don't understand why customer service employees are so rude. Find another job if you are unhappy and unwilling to help others. Very upset and dissapointed. She needs not to work there.
