Pastor Mel is a wonderful, faithful man of God. It's a friendly place with many outreaches, classes and coffee and donuts or healthy snacks after church where you can socialize with the Lord's people, I was going to say Flock, but some might take that literally. Lol . I have been about 6 times, and I have decided to join.Go online and see all they have to offer.

Pastor Mel is wonderful. Even when I didn’t attend regularly (I attended a different church, parents went to Riverview) he still always greeted me by name when I did. Mel is warm and friendly and is a great communicator of the gospel. Love the music and the various outreach programs at the church too! And can’t go wrong with the free coffee after service either :)

Pastor Mel Svendsen is the most outstanding Pastor I have had the pleasure of listening to he never takes a single line and makes the content of the sermon about it alone it’s always based upon what comes before and what comes after it, he calls SIN for what is SIN. Everything about this church is about God and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ they are truly a church for the people because of Jesus Christ not because of anything else. At the end of each service Pastor Mel always says the same thing “and live this week all for HIM” AS WE SHOULD. Come one come all everybody is welcomed and come as you are.
