Servpro Chula Vista did an excellent job in drying the room environment after water damaged my ceiling and walls. They employed huge fans and a dehumidifier to contain the damage. They sealed the room and removed all the affected drywall. They did a quick and very professional job. The guys at Servpro Chula Vista did excellent work making my living room look like the water damage never happened, just like their motto says. Very professional craftsmen.

SERVPRO to the rescue! If you find yourself in need of restoration services, immediately contact SERVPRO of Chula Vista. I’ve used this company twice in the last year. Last August I experienced major water damage to my home in Otay Ranch. I contacted SERVPRO who responded in the middle of the night with water detection and drying equipment. Lorenzo took the time to explain the process to me and answer all of my questions which was extremely comforting. The SERVPRO team returned the next morning and packed up/moved everything out of the affected areas for me. I literally didn’t have to do a thing. Through the drying and demolition process, the SERVPRO team kept me updated every morning regarding the next steps so I knew what to expect. The SERVPRO team helped make the entire event a lot less stressful for me. Earlier this month, I experienced some more water damage, albeit minor. (You would’ve thought I would’ve learned my lesson the first time around.) Without hesitation, I immediately contacted SERVPRO. Shortly thereafter Martin Jr. responded and used his water detection camera and instruments to assess the damage and before I knew it, Julio was there setting up trying equipment. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Not only did they do an excellent job, they provide amazing customer service. Everybody that I came in contact with was so polite and helpful. Their motto is 100% accurate, SERVPRO “like it never happened”!
