I can't believe that they do not honor military discounts for most f the store! If I would have know that before I got to the counter I would've went to Benders ! Very disappointed in Lowes corporation right now! Times are tough but your customer service sucks now and not worth the experience!

I don't normally rate these places due to most are understaffed. However. This was one of the best Lowe's I've ever been in. Purchased a small 7 cubic foot freezer. Got it myself. Sales person was helping another customer. Checked our figured I could get it in the back of the pickup alone. Man out getting carts says, sir, would you like some assistance. Remind me of how great customer service can make your day. Great job Lowe's. 👏

We ordered a front door in October, was lost and finally installed this week. The communication from the sales guy was horrible and he only reached out after I asked the status. The installer was nice but still has not finished the trim after three weeks. Now the sales person won't return my calls about a refund we are supposed to receive. I will never buy anything that requires contacting the sales person again as there was no customer service

The store is always absolutely spotless. I had a hard time finding someone to help me, but when I did they were super nice and helped me right away. I found everything I needed to complete the job and they even loaded it up for me.
