Raquel is an amazing manager ( I think she's one of the mgr) The 5 star because of the 3 people I mentioned. I hope they never leave. Otherwise I'm just going to order online

I've visited this store 3 times and 2/3 times I asked for help. First time, I got an employee and the second time was a manager. I have a slight sight issue and it makes it hard for me to differentiate colors/shades. The employee didn't take the time to match me and it was clear she didn't care because every shade she pulled out was a "match" to her. She grew frustrated with me before I had said anything to her. Since it's hard for me to differentiate between colors and shades, I haven't tried to put an effort into make up routine. But I wanted to try and that meant I needed someone to help me find shades. The manager was more polite, but her frustration was clear. I asked the manager to match me for concealer and she helped me find a lip gloss, lip liner, and setting powder. A girl, with half her hair dyed green, rang me up and she was so sweet. While I was at the register, the manager came over and stood behind the girl. As I was leaving, I heard the manager say "I never thought she would leave. This didn't hurt me, but it did make me sad because I didn't think I was that much of a bother. After I return the used products and products that are incomplete, I'm not coming back.

Love coming to this friendly neighborhood store over 7 years for good quality cosmeticts and some face creams. My little daughter is always in my makeup bag taking things and this is less then 2 miles from my house. The staff are always smiling and friendly with great advice there’s seems to be a new sale everyday though ?

Katherine is the best! I’ve been coming to her a couple of times for my eyebrow tint and wax. She never takes too much off but rather leaves a little more and clean ups if needed. Love my brows, thick and a great color. Very professional, sweet, and leaves me very happy with the end result.
