Every time I visit Elements Massage in Bloomingdale I am reminded of the outstanding customer service and the attention to detail that their staff delivers over and over again. I have had the same quality service in my first 3 visits and I expect it will continue every time that I return. My highest recommendation has to go to my Massage Therapist Rudy. His techniques and intuitive talents are what make my massage so incredible. Rudy constantly provides the highest quality care and more importantly a real interaction to make sure that I leave satisfied every visit. I am so happy that I was referred to Elements Massage in Bloomingdale and even more grateful they have an MT with the talent and integrity of Rudy. I can't wait until my next appointment. They just get better and better.

Experience with the massage was well, but my issue wasn’t the massage it was the front desk when I called and setup the appointment for someone as a birthday gift I provided my CC info and they said they would charge it at the end, they ended up asking the person I made the reservation for, to pay they didn’t bother to look at the reservation notes to see I provided all of my info. highly embarrassing and just horrible business practice.
