Park Haven is the perfect place to get your car broken into, stolen or vandalized. A neighbors car was left suspended in air held up by a jack and wooden blocks. Management does nothing about the theft and won’t even entertain the idea of setting up cameras or ramping up security. A security guard comes for about an hour a day.

Do the illegals still bomabred the grounds at night? Guess not since us has tightened up security. I hated living here as a kid!

Management is really unprofessional and rude. And the maintenance people don’t know how to fix a thing. I lived there for 1.5 years and all sorts of this happened. A car was lit on fire, and naturally the owner left. A neighbor’s car was stolen. 2 apartments burned down, one was intentionally lit on fire. Another neighbor had someone break into his apartment in the middle of the night and had to fight the person. An adolescent pulled a gun on another adolescent. People who live there park all sort of wrong taking two spaces and leaving no space for people to park. Also, if you get to live right in front of the middle school, you’ll have moms parking inside the apartment structure to drop off their kids. I don’t ever want to come back there. Oh I almost forgot, the police had to come and no one was able to come in the apartments because a guy pulled a gun on a baby, yes on a baby. It was a nightmare
