Slow customer service for packages high rates..... Very bad Must say that the employees do their best Very nice men and women But the owner is blind to customer necessities. I've been there for 20 years and always renewed, but never again I do not recommend this place. I've been coming here for over 20 years. Has gotten worse with time. I always kept a good additude, knowing how busy they are at sometimes,and , unfriendliness prevails. Generally works, but when you have a legitimate issues with over charging by "accident" they play dumb and are slow to act and make up excuses. Generally do not care, you really have to push to be heard., Then they kind of listen ,but not willing at all, especially the owner. Iwould change my review in an instant, if things get better because when they first started, they where very nice and fair. Lately the newer employees are very nice, but the system is still bad for charging and high hidden fees

Customer service is absolutely terrible, prices are high and there is a clear lack of organization. Met a fellow customer who has been using this location for over 20 years and they stated the service and processing have never been this bad. There is one staff member in particular who is the worst. Taller females who never greets customers and doesn't say anything. She treats you like you're bothering her. Should quit and call.it a day. Hope it gets better but not counting on it.

Staff is actually pretty friendly and will try to help when they can. But In addition to nickel and diming you for everything, I’m pretty sure the owner has also cut staff, which results in longer lines, increased time to process received packages, and employees who are overloaded, which has resulted in lower morale. Took over 2.5 hours to process receipt of a package today. Latest scheme to make money is to charge you if you throw your packaging material in the shopping center trash containers!! Price to rent a box goes up every year. Owner is greedy and does not care about customers. So today, Friday, I stopped to pick up three packages. My car was in the body shop from Monday afternoon until yesterday evening. The package pictured was shown as received 9/22. Of course you can’t pick up on day of receipt until after 2:30. You can see the size of the shipping envelope and what it contained. They charged me $1.25 for storage! I have yet to see a list of their fee structure. Just know box rental increases every year beyond inflation rate and owner constantly looking for ways to screw customers. No concern about customer. I has no way to get to my mailbox to avoid late fee. But staff is helpless to help you. Beware!
