Yolanda , Yolanda , Yolanda … you need to be re-trained to be more professional with your customers , be DISCRETE ON PERSONAL SHOPPING USING COMPANY HOURS , more so , HAVE RESPECT ON YOUR JOB . I love going to bath and body because of very good deals . Well , I was looking for a lanyard and asked Yolanda if the price of the item is only $5 each , she replied “ I’ll check it for you “ . She came back and took everything that was left on the container , while telling me “ it’s cheaper than $5 and I need to get this “ To my surprise , she took everything on the container , when I asked if I can have 3 pcs out of what she got , she replied “ Oh no , I also shop for good deals “ while walking away and putting the stuff on the counter reserved under her name . Seriously YOLANDA????!!!! I was shocked and was not able utter a word . Worse customer service ever . Below is the lanyard that put Yolanda’s customer service to test. To the mngt , I see there were complaints already about her on different occasions.

Im telling you NO OTHER b&bw has the prices and deals this one has! I dunno how they do it .. It's so nice and organized too for being at the outlets where it can get super messy. I love the ladies and gentlemen that work here always helpful and friendly and everything smells so good this fall..some winter things out already aswell..
