Worst service Iv ever received waited for 5 hours for pizza that never showed up and they said they gave me a credit for my whole order and wasn’t even close. The manager lied and said the driver was on his way 3 times with most likey a cold pizza and mozzarella sticks and still never showed showed up. Nothing but horrible service

I hate to give one star and complain about price, but here goes. $48 for a small cheese and XL 3 topping. Sure if one was deep dish, but these were both thin crust. Picture shows lack of toppings. They used to load the toppings. I understand price increases because of supply chain issues, etc. I’m inside paying and make a comment about $50 is a little excessive for two pizzas… Another employee walks up, asks if I have a coupon. I respond no I was unaware. She says oh there’s a free small cheese pizza coupon. So you’re going to tell me about a coupon that I don’t know exist or where to find, but not offer the coupon to me?? Will not be dining here anymore. I’d rather drive to Pell Lake and go to Upper Crust.

This is our usual go-to for catering. They never disappoint. Everything is amazing from beginning to end. This past catering order we doubled the package we normally get and Brian (the Mgr) made sure to walk me through the table/counter space that would be needed for set up prior to set up, the guys that came to deliver and set up did a great job, and the food was perfect. Thanks again for always delivering great service and great food!

Thanks Rosatis. We spent $70 on this gem. They said they'd replace it in 30 minutes which would have been appreciated. However we're now 3 hours and 10 minutes into my order and they can't find the driver. Good news they tried to give me store credit for "next time". Are you kidding me? Update one week later: still no refund.
