If you can go to another clinic this one treats everyone like they are 5 years old, and even hiring 5year olds ok maybe she is 19, and the real person running the show should be fired she made alot of good counselors quit..... They dont care about you or your recovery they just want to judge you amd make you feel like your a piece of dirt... This place needs to be shut down

The scums of El Cajon all mingle at this clinic! I have had more problems at this place then I can count!! I did everything they asked me to I fallowed all the insane rules and for what to get treated like worse than dirt and to get kicked out left on my butt to kick my brains out!! Thanks a lot!! If you value your dignity and self respect don’t go here!! I highly recommend taking subs and kicking on your own...I don’t recommend going to this clinic.. and starting methadone what so ever!!! Please please please don’t go here!!!

El Cajon Comprehensive Treatment Center Sandi Guadagni a year ago Do I go in daily for suboxone 1 Answer the question Posting publicly Baba Booey just now Initially yes. I believe after 90 days of continued clean UAs you will br allowed to start to take SOME home or given orescroption. However, this place charges most peoplea. $50 monthly fee "just because" and there is an intake fee. If you can, I recommend going to ARMT on El Cajon Blvd. because this place is poorly managed and unfriendly and you're just another number or dollars from their state grant to them. Not to mention the office manager, Diana, Should have been fired years ago. Good luck.
To receive care at our Comprehensive Treatment Center, patients must be age 18 or older, have been dependent on opioids for at least one year, and have gone at least 20 hours since last using opioids or be in a current state of withdrawal. From there, prospective patients can schedule an intake appointment, which consists of participating in a full assessment, completing intake paperwork, and beginning medication.
Yes, we offer both individual and group counseling.
Our clinic typically accepts Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial Insurance and Self-Pay. Please give us a call for further information.
