After years of beloved use, my Onkyo TX-8160 had it's power button break off and fall into the chassis. Thinking this would be a quick spare part replacement, I contacted Onkyo to see if they could provide me the part. Onkyo is notorious for providing what I would call, less than satisfactory responses and service. They also operate on this service exclusivity model that feels just very outdated. However, their receiver is fantastic and I really didn't want to replace it just for a power button replacement. Turns out Adam's electronics is the only service place out west that is Onkyo certified. How I wish Adam's Electronics was my AV place of choice just in my back yard. The level of professionalism, communication, and service is next to none. No wonder Onkyo has given them service certification. Not to mention, they're like a well oiled machine that coordinated my annoying schedule and shipping requirements. I really wish you guys were in Seattle, because you'd be my go to place for all AV gear and repairs. Thank you Tommi and Torri for putting up with all my demands! You guys are the best.

I am blown away by Adam's Electronics! They completed my repair in less than half the estimated time, and I had my equipment shipped back and home before they were supposed to even get it through their queue to look at it! Not only that they gave me instructions in the package back how to prevent any issues, and we're extremely friendly and helpful via phone when I called after as well with more questions! I would recommend anyone use them 100%!!

Adam’s Electronics has my vote! An honest, old-school repair facility that fixed my printer quickly. I’ve brought gear there for many years, and will continue to!

Took my Denon receiver to Adams Electronics for repair on a Thursday and they called me the following Monday with an estimate. I approved the estimate and I was called later that same day to say it was ready for pick up. The repair price was good and the turnaround was excellent. I would highly recommend Adams Electronics for any electronics repair
