Big box store shipped equipment from east coast to Missoula and it took one week. XPO took one week to call to deliver. It sat here a week before they gave me the option to pick it up. 6 miles from my house.

I have had a couple orders come through here. Tonya was very nice when I called to see where my package was. The driver was amazing. Stayed and made sure my hood i order was un damaged no other company would have stayed to make sure all was good. It does take a couple extra days for delivery but its well worth the wait. Thank you for the great costumer service Tonya.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It's been over 2 months since we made our order and they DO NOT communicate that anything will be late or what's going on when it doesn't show up. Terrible customer service as well. DO NOT USE XPO FOR ANYTHING! We ordered through Costco so check with them before they choose a carrier if at all possible.

Literally the rudest, and least accommodating company I have EVER worked with. They delivered our couch, late. DAYS late, and never attempted to communicate with me about any of this. They don’t give you a reasonable time frame in which they will arrive to begin with, and whoever Tonya is that works there needs to take a class in manners and social skills. We now need our sofa picked up for a return and I literally have never spoken with someone so rude or unprofessional. I suggested Wayfair stop working with them completely, and let them know how dissatisfied we are. Our couch was supposed to be picked up today, and when I called to ask a better time frame, she rudely responded thy she didn’t even know if they could get to it today. So we are supposed to just take multiple days off from our jobs just sitting there waiting for unprofessional people who don’t operate on schedules. I’m so disgusted. I can’t believe you all are still in business. I know this is your standard operating procedure after having to deal with this garbage more than once. Seriously you should be ashamed.
