I prefer rite aid myself. I have been to this cvs location a few times and it's hit or miss on wether or not I get good service. The staff seems knowledgeable and help out for the most part, but always seem like they are having a bad day. And sometimes that translates into their customer service. Overall it's an ok store to shop at. It is well stocked all the time. I'll give it that.

Seems like a decent store. Only issue I had was juggling my items I needed to the checkout lane. When I asked, why don’t you have baskets for the customers, the employee stated, “ the homeless will take them”. I’m sure there are other ways to manage this without making it an inconvenience for the paying customers. I’d like the ownership to change this and keep a better eye on the baskets. I Recommend keeping them behind the counter etc. Bottom line is...don’t tailor your business around homeless people, focus it around the customers who keep you in business.

I don't shop here normally because I'm out of Fallbrook but I came in around 9 pm today and the people there were so nice and helpful, but it was more of the positive attitude that got me where normally at this time you get the people who look like they hate being at work.

I think this store is great and the pharmacy is good. No complaints and I go there A LOT.
