Went to bank to cash a check and was turned away and told it was over the check writer's limit. The check writer is my significant other. She called in front of me and checked her account. No limits on checks and the funds were clearly available. The check was proper and I presented correct, valid ID. I'm complainting loudly because what they told me was not true. And also not doing their job presented a big headache because the funds were allocated for a purpose. Security is expected of course. But to not do your job when everything is correct is unacceptable.

Great bank very professional CHASE is number 1 the staff knows what they are doing people who complain about the service are liars people who also complain are usually the ones that have the attitude and are not civilized I have been going to this bank for years
