I’m a little frustrated with these people. I placed an order with my own debit card on a Thursday, and heard nothing of my order until I got an email from Maureen on Monday rather impolitely demanding a picture of my drivers license before they would process my order. Since when do I get carded to buy a plasma cutter? And if they needed my drivers license could they at least ask for it right away, rather than wait several days while I wonder if they forgot about my order? Anyways, I’ll quit ranting now, but I will probably never order from them again if this is what I have to go through. Save yourself the headache and just buy on eBay or Amazon or “welding supplies from IOC”.

If you need to buy dry ice on a Saturday morning at 8am.. good luck! Its unlikely you'll find it but not impossible. Big thanks to Welders Supply Co. in Big Bend for having dry ice on hand when we needed it most..on a Saturday morning at 8am. The dry ice i bought here kept my ice cubes frozen for over 3 days while canoe camping down the Wisconsin in 90degree heat. If you expect to have cold beer, water, meats and cheeses from a cooler after 3 days in the blazing hot sun...not gonna happen - unless you're using dry ice from Welders Supply Co in Big Bend WI.
