Front desk ladies were pushy and rude today .. I called the night before to come pick up a doctor excuse for today I went in around 1043am they did not have it for me and acted like I was a problem or in the wrong .. I'm now sitting here confused and contemplating leaving this place with no doctor excuse and very unhappy with service here .. get it together people thanks lol 🤦

Worst ever! I went in when I was 8+ months expecting cause I wasn't feeling good and I was told my heart was going to explode. (Cause that is what you tell a mom who is expecting) I was like what? They did a few things and said we are sending you by ambulance to Froedert. I was like what? Let me call my husband,, they were freaking out a nervous. I had a small panic attack, but my husband came and got me and took me there. I was 100% FINE, no heart explode. NOTHING. They had NO Bedside manner oh yeah.. and they did NOTHING and still billed me. I am really over this location, they are not professional.

I had a migraine so I reserved my spot in line on Aurora’s website. As soon as I arrived at the urgent care, I was called back immediately. All of the staff were very nice and they got rid of my migraine in 20 minutes with a shot. One hour after my appointment, I feel back to normal. I will definitely come back!
