Friendly staff, decent apartments, and very timely maintenance! Some of the pool hours were inaccurate and some of the pool rules/staff are a little strict for my taste however overall a decent experience. In my opinion the price could be lowered a little (who wouldn't want that anyways) and it would be great if they would waive the rediculous convenience fee for paying rent online.

When my partner and I first started looking at apartments especially Ridge View we were a little worried do to some of the reviews that were seen on Google. We took the bullet after viewing multiple properties and went with Ridge View. We moved in July of 2020 and have not had one single issue since living here. From the office staff to the maintenance staff, they are all wonderful and amazing! They recently redid the laundry rooms and got all new washer and dryers which work amazing! They re did all the carpet and repainted the common area hall ways and entrance ways to give it that more updated and modern feel. One of the biggest concerns was the heat in the winter and the cost, let me tell you that it’s not bad at all. The heat works amazing and it’s almost instant feeling. Someone stated that their bill went through the roof. So far in winter our electricity bill has not gone over $115. If you are looking for a place where the office staff will listen and care, and the maintenance team is very professional and prompt at fixing issue that arise then give Ridge View a shot. You’re only minuets away from the highway and grocery stores, there is plenty of parking, and property itself is very clean. Sadly due to work and travel we have to terminate our lease early. And it’s a shame because we really do love the property. But I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a place to call home.

I have been here for 2 years and have had nothing but good experiences. Anytime I submitted a maintenance request it was handled within the next couple of days and they never left a mess after making repairs. The office staff has always been super welcoming and helpful. The apartments themselves are a nice size and each building has a laundry room which is super convenient. There is also a pool which is nice in the summer and a business office with free printing (as a college student this was a big plus). On site free parking is available so no need to worry about paying hundreds of dollars a year for parking like you do downtown. I would definitely recommend ridgeview!

We first moved to Ridge View because we liked how close it was to 794 and downtown. I wanted to live near the city, but not in the city. The rent was actually well within our price range and we were really happy with our balcony size. Maintenance is great at responding quickly to requests, usually same day which is pretty impressive. Recently, we had to have our tub and shower resurfaced because the last company to do it didn't do a well job. Heather and Joseph made sure that we were all on the same page and coordinated the outside company with my schedule. It was done within a timely fashion and Ali and Dean made sure that it was done correctly post inspection. My tub and shower look absolutely phenomenal and I am really happy with the service I received. Ridge View is a nice, quiet, pet friendly community right by the airport and major freeway system. I would definitely recommend it.
