I ordered wings & a side. When I got my bag my side wasn’t in the bag. I called & the girl who answered insisted that it was in the bag even though it WASNT. Very irritating. I had no reason to lie. They are rude. Then kept saying something about a credit. Like how are you going to give me a credit without sending me an email or taking my name down. They knew they messed my order up. $20 down the drain. The chicken was nasty & barely had any sauce.

If you're gonna close early then update your hours not only online but on your doors as well I traveled 20 minutes to have people just stare at me and smile because they knew I was upset... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I wish I could give 0 stars

Absolutely disgusting and not worth the money. Waited over 40 minutes for the 10 piece boneless wings and fries. The wings were 70% sauce, 30% wing. The fries tasted old/rotted and the container wasn’t even full. I will never eat here again… very disappointed. If I could get a refund I would😐

I ordered online 15 boneless wings, thats it. When I got there, the cashier asked for my name. I gave her my first and last name. They handed me a bag that said "Brandon" for the name, no last initial. I got home and the order was 100% wrong, so I called to get my money back. They refused the refund and instead would "give me a free meal next time I called". I doubt that will be an easy task. Anyways, the cashier straight up lied to her manager and told her that she confirmed my name upon giving me my food. Obviously false. The wings we got were absolutely disgusting smelling and had feathers amongst other things on it and the fries we didn't order were just awful. Truly awful experience.
