Filthy environment, not even the ovens or the deep fryers looked like they have been cleaned in weeks. Their last health inspector had to have been drunk to pass this fast food joint.

Several times I've attempted to patronize this Popeyes and waited in the drive thru line for 25-30 minutes with no movement at all. It would be nice if they could come on the drive thru speaker and let people know they are not taking orders or are closed temporarily instead of walking around the restaurant like they open and ignoring customers.

The customer service at this location is AWESOME! I don't know who finally hired a new staff and vibe here, but I truly appreciate it. Wanda and Lolita and the other staff were so nice and super pleasant. I had said I would never come here again, but they changed my mind. Praying that Wanda and her staff continue to flourish.

I wish there was a petition to close down this restaurant! Waited over an hour in a 4 car line, I was not able to wait 2 hours since the line was moving every 25 minutes, yes, I was taking time. Something shady did happen as I was pulling out of the drive through. In the line of 4 cars before the window there was a ford, a newer Mercedes Benz and then a mini van right in front of me, the ford and the Mercedes made it past the window. The mini van was at the window and after it was in the window for 30 minutes, I decided to leave and to my surprise the Mercedes that was supposed to be in front of the minivan was not there anymore, there was a Chevy cruise at the pick up window. Like where did it come from!? I did see and employee chatting and laughing with the person in that car. Please let me know of a way to close down this terrible place, I lost almost two hours of my life I will not get back and the employees do whatever they want. You have been warned!!! BTW THE 5 STAR RATINGS COULD BE BOTS OR EMPLOYEES THEMSELVES!!!

Yes but it wouldn't help to call it, most of the time they are too busy to pick up the phone. If you're lucky a manager may help but the chances are still low
Yes I understand what you're talkin about the Alpine Restaurant on 16th and National never have anything they advertised on TV I think the franchise there is owned by a different owner it's not by Popeye's franchise. I stopped going to the one on 16 and National because of that same reason so I decided to go to the one on 43rd and Greenfield Avenue Miller Park Way so if you need a really good coleslaw with your chicken that's the place to go I hope that will help out have a nice day
