Very professional but also very compassionate and understanding. I had to take my 16 year old sick furry companion in to the one vet visit we all reluctantly have to face. It was super hard but the staff was very sensitive to my needs as well as my furry family member's needs. They allowed me to be present which was incredibly important. They also sent me a sympathy card with personal note to us. They made a devastating situation a little easier on me and our family. Thank you.

Dr. Costuma is knowledgeable, explains things thoroughly, lays out the options for care, and doesn't pressure pet owners when making decisions. He's non-judgmental while still being thorough. The office is respectful of my time and I'm never left waiting for more than a few minutes, which is very rare in my experience with veterinarians.

Dr. Costuma is a great man and a phenomenal vet. My wife and I had to put down our lab this week and they were able to show so much empathy. The doctor even wrote a hand written sympathy card. This is a great place with great people. I would never go to another vet. They truly care about you and your pets.
