Went here for Live Scan processing only to wait outside the office for 20 minutes before leaving. There’s a sign posted on the door to call a number if you wait over 10 minutes. When I called it connected to the office phone inside, then I heard a cell phone start ringing with it! I could also hear someone shuffling around inside. If they were closed for lunch it’s fine, but at least have the decency to say something after I knock. Won’t be coming here again.Good Afternoon Cassandra. I went in for a livescan and experienced great customer service. The officer was quick to take my paperwork and scan my fingerprints. The process took no longer than 15 minutes. I would definitely come back and highly recommend!

I went this morning to have my live scan done. The officer collected my info and proceeded to have a 10 minute long conversation with someone else in the office. I waited 15 minutes and then left. Extremely rude and poor customer service. I wouldn't waste my time coming here.
