Worse customer service ever, the staff can be more friendly and respectful. I waited for 1:45 minutes on standby and when my turn was next, they called in another person who next in line also in standby supposedly because she was a special case….. and when asked why the lady very rudely told me “That I choose to standby and therefore I had to wait”..

I had an appointment, yet they were running behind. I was 10 minutes late getting in. I had a urine test. NO soap in the bathroom to wash my hands after. Employees not friendly at all. I plan to go to the office in Santa Cruz from now on.

I can't say enough good stuff about the staff. I tried to make an online appointment for a full set of blood tests but every time I selected a time that said was available, it would not let me book it. I decided to try going in as a walk-in first thing on a Monday morning. The check in procedure was super easy and scanned my ID and insurance which I thought was pretty efficient. Unfortunately the system indicated that I would have to wait 2 hours for the first available appointment. Since I didn't want to drive home just to drive back a few minutes later, I figured I would wait it out and see if I could get the attention of the next employee who came to the lobby to see if I could fly standby (so to speak). A few minutes later a tech came out to find a patient and she was very friendly. I noted I was able to book an appointment, but was wondering if I could go stand by. The lead tech heard me from the hallway, noted I had set the appointment and took me in. Turns out you can check in again and it will put you in the queue. It was so nice that the lead tech gave me that advice. I was able to get in, out and done within 20 minutes. The staff has always been great here. I try to come prepared with my paperwork, but have never had a problem. Thanks to everyone who works here and thank you for being there for the community.
