Called EDD because I had an appointment with Jackie from 8am-10am, the ladies that transferred me were very kind. Finally answered the phone and had the worst attitude, as I was talking she hung up on me! How rude!! Not only that but she’s supposed to be working on my case, and hasn’t done a thing for a whole YEAR, yes my benefits were pending for a year and still pending as we speak. Find a different career if costumer service isn’t your skill.

Being laid off did not qualified for unemployment? No reasons giving only codes. Widen requirement policies making bigger gap. Different phone calls to find a reason to deny, I was even asked why I quit my job, when specifically told them my boss did not have a place for me in his company.

This place and its staff are amazing. Everybody is so helpful and positive and there is almost no wait when you need assistance for just about everything job search related. I'm a vet so I have taken advantage of their veteran services which is also outstanding. Melanie and Francisco are two individuals in particular are extremely helpful and kind, when dealing with them they almost never left my side as I navigated multiple websites and spoke with individuals associated with the unemployment insurance benefits department. If any of you guys who are staff there are reading this, I want to extend a big thank you and let you know that your efforts to help others make a positive impact everyday and you should all be very proud of your hard work.

I walked in nervous about my appointment, after sitting down with Juls and another great gentleman I realized how helpful this place truly is! The staff are kind and extremely knowledgeable. Though they are associated with EDD, I felt that the staff provided more valuable information to both getting a job and understanding the unemployment process. I am thrilled with my experience here today. Highly recommend!

Come into the front Desk ask and the reception at the desk. For Unemployment they have phone that you can use from 8 am to 12 noon. They also will help if needed with any other job or unemployment or other situation. Awesome place.

I have called several numbers for EDD. You get to the prompts, hit the number corresponding to your issue, then they hang up!😡 Wish I had better news for you...sorry friend...
I would not be able to help you. I think you need to log in in the EDD portal and try to contact them via email. calling their phones will very hardly connect you with a person but you can try it too, maybe you will be lucky...

It is assumed that 10 days after you return the questionnaire, but now that unemployment works differently, I do not know if a debit card has already arrived from them and they deposit there, but I do not know if it will be because there are many people asking for unemployment that they do not do it periodically, at least to me, I applied as of March 27 and I got the card in two weeks with 5,000 dollars, from there they did not deposit me again until a few days ago like 2,000, and the questionnaires If they reach me and I return them on time, I am also a little confused, but if they reach me
