Great experience, Rachel answered all my questions she was extremely patient and nice at all times!

Worst customer service. Nobody in this store knows anything about what they sell. I tried to get answers from 5 different employees and the all had a different one. I had to wait 10 min before the first person was able to talk to me because as I was standing there in front of her she was too busy gossiping with another employee at the front desk. Once she finished her whole story with her coworker then she proceeded to talk to me.

Very disappointed. Horrible customer service. My mother went in to buy pants for my daughters. The man that assisted her told her that she can buy the pants and return them as long as they had the tags.In no moment did he tell her that she would be issued a store credit. He encouraged her to buy 8 pants since they would run out. When she goes to return the pants, they would only issue her a store credit. The man lied in front of my mother stating he told her in advance which was not true. The store is such a mess could not find any pant sizes and no one to assist. Do not recommend anyone going there at all.
