They were super busy and short staffed while we were there, but our server Hugo did a great job and our food arrived fresh and as quickly as possible. Hugo had a ton of customers and was serving tables across the entire restaurant, but still made time to check on us regularly and see if we needed anything. He even told us "I have a lot of tables, but that does not mean that I'm not going to take good care of you guys." And he definitely did a great job and with a smile.

Delicious Dinner (8oz steak, fish, artichoke appetizer) Great fast cook he rocks ( even though we overheard someone didnt show up for their shift in the kitchen) Best smoothie ever! Inexperienced staff, most of who tried very hard. Hugo was our server, he was very polite! I am particular about my order and he got it perfect! Thank you for a relaxing meal. Booth needs repair/ replacement looked tacky. It must be challenging to be enthusiastic if mngr/ owner doesn't care enough to make repairs, staff and train better

The only good thing about this place was the server who was really nice until we had our food then he disappeared and we literally had to go find him to pay. The food was not good, they served me butt bread for an $11 sandwich, the fries were hard and the breadstick was rock hard. I don't recommend this place at all, it was a waste of $67.

Paoseyo Vue

Would rate 0 if I could. Terrible management. Asked for medium rare. Picture says otherwise. Then fire alarm went off, everyone waited outside for 30 mins while fire department arrived to turn off alarm. Manager goes "ok everyone back to resuming normal before the alarm went off" *laughs No apology. No compensation. Nothing. Came back to cold food. Asked our server, he talked manager, comes back and says we get $4 off each tab. No apology. No nothing. Food was cold, uncooked no compensation. How is this person still a manager?? Taco bell across the street would have gave better service through drive through than this dump of an Applebee's. Yikes!!
