I don’t call. I do whatever I need on my cell phone or PC and it goes very well. That’s why I am surprised to hear comments about waiting long time on the phone or badly treated by some young employees. Perfect money management by professionals.

If I must wait hours for someone to answer the phone how about changing the music every half hour or so. Listening to the same music (?) over and over again is on the same level as Chinese water torture. I really can't give an accurate star rating since I never get to talk to anybody.

I completely agree with the other reviewer who said that the younger employees are arrogant. The employee who works at the front counter, very young, practically rolled his eyes at me multiple times, he then proceeded to not upload very important documents for me, which he promised he would. I believe some training classes in Customer Service could be very beneficial.
