I would like to say a huge “thank you” to the management of Rancho Carrillo apartment for their professionalism, excellent customer service, kind and open heart to every resident of our apartment. I have never had any issues or problems which might not be resolved by Hak Pouy and Jeanette in a best way possible! Every time I open the door of the office I feel care, inclusion and a willingness to help from them. They do their best and beyond to resolve any maintenance issues, to be creative for the residents during the holidays, and they do it with great empathy. I am also so thankful for maintenance of our whole complex which is done on a perfect level. We have clean, nice, and wonderful residence - thanks to their efforts. My family and I have had a pleasure to move in Rancho Carrillo apartment in 2018 and we are happy to live here. Thank you guys!
