The NSDCAR has always been great to do business with for my 30 years of membership. However, since the COVID pandemic they are functioning poorly. The have not adapted to the new conditions that I suspect will be with us for years. The phones are not being answered, supplies are low, I am shifted to voice mail - not sure why? Yet, my bills from them are always sent our regularly and I pay then promptly! Meanwhile, Realtors are doing our business under the same handicap as the NSDCAR and we are adapting very well - doing more business than ever. I am considering shifting my primary membership to the SDAR to see if they are operating any better. Neal Hribar BHHS CA Properties
