Worst customer service ever! Made an appointment for a hitch to be installed. Was told it would take 1.5 to 2 hours so I waited nearby. I came back after 2 hours and they told me they were working on it and it would be done soon. Walked around the side of the store and saw my car parked where I left it, no hitch. They hadn’t even started on it.
