AMAZING experience...spoke with the owners, the pest issue mentioned in the other negative reviews are from the tenant BREACHING CONTRACT by bringing and storing food! ::eyeroll:: and we have not seen a single mouse since renting monthly here for almost half a year now...Clear NO BS contract, fair prices, great facilities, etc. can't recommend enough! :-)

I have a storage unit her and also rented some uhaul vehicles from here the ladies that keep this place intact are beyond amazing and helpful. I love the fact that everything is straight forward and there are no hidden messages. So if you need a storage unit definitely check out this place it is highly recommended! They have both . Climate controlled and non-climate controlled.
For my unit I pay $91.87 monthly. And if I remember currently my unit size is 15 X 15. But your best bet is to call ... they are very friendly and helpful.
