Lived here for two years and loved every second of it! The location is absolutely perfect, being so close to EVERYTHING - bike trails, Target, the gym, the beltline. Maintenance requests were responded to quickly and I always felt cared for at The Pointe. Highly recommend living here!!

I lived at The Pointe for nearly a year. It's a great place to live especially if you work at Epic. The commute was about 10 minutes. In addition, you are close to grocery stores like Hyvee and Pick and Save, and The Fitchburg Princeton close. You can walk to these places in less than 10 minutes. Also, the drive is less than 20 minutes to downtown. The apartment itself was a joy to live in. You get in-house washers and dryers, and the appliances worked really well. Unlike some other apartment dryers I've used, I had no problems with their dryers not drying my clothes. I also thought that the granite countertops in the kitchen looked nice. I thought I had more than enough closet space, and it was great having an underground parking garage especially during the polar vortex. Also, their staff were extremely courteous, and turned around maintenance requests pretty quickly.

Dave at the point has been one of the best property managers I have ever encountered. He has worked with me at every twist and turn of my stay at the point and honestly I’m a little sad to be leaving but circumstances out of my control require me to do so. The property he oversees is clean and safe and well maintained and the maintenance staff is always courteous and careful when they enter your apartment. They fix anything you find needing repair in a timely manner. Overall I would say the point is one of the best places you can choose to live. So give it a look the next time your looking for an apartment you won’t be disappointed.

I lived at The Pointe for a year and the management and maintenance service is great! The appliances are stainless steel and all brand new. Bathroom is a great size and the closet size is nice. Ample storage for things and lovely kitchen. Heating and gas bills were never too high. The only negative side was having a noisy neighbor above me, but management was understanding and receptive to my complaint and the issue was resolved. They have a nice small size exercise room to get a basic workout if you don't have time to make it to the gym.
