Very Good popcorn, everything else was lacking greatly!!! Ticket counter had four people, only one was working (The assistant manager) wealthy other three stood around chitchatting?? The concession stand had two lines ,and one person working it who I would like to refer to as ,”the sloth with curly hair” he called for help ,but no one came until the line was nearly gone, and a fight nearly ensued because of the two lines? Call me Karen all you like -but when you spend nearly $100 to view a film ,and get treated with such poor customer service as we were that day ,it’s definitely worth a nod!! Check your footage Sunday July 24 @4:40pm approx . It will all be very clear! People, go to a different Theater!!!!

This theater for a matinee is great, no one else there barely. I enjoy picking my seat, although I'd appreciate some lighting before the movie starts so I could actually see to get to my seat.

Filthiest theater I’ve ever seen. Trash all over the theater and between the seats. The seats were tight and packed together, you share armrests with each person next to you. Multiple times I felt the person behind me kick my seat just moving around a bit. Only positive was the movie went off without a hitch, however the speakers are LOUD. Heard multiple people around me complain about their ears hurting during the movie. I’ll be making the extra drive to the other theaters in Madison from now on.

Greatly improved from our visit a couple months ago. Lots of friendly staff, clean theaters and bathrooms, and basic items were back in stock. We returned to the IMAX and it was much cleaner, and the projector brighter, than our prior visit. The outside could use more light and better signage, but overall we were happy to see the improvements. Just a note, the IMAX seats don't recline, which is typical, but their normal theaters have nice reclining seats.
