Wonderful experience with professional builders! It rained so much during our construction phase so our ground was soggy for much of the time and that put us behind in getting a finished product, but that’s nothing that could be helped. The quality of the work was superior and they always responded quickly to phone calls and questions. Their online customer account for during and after construction was helpful in being able to communicate through the entire process. Highly recommend D&W Homes.

They are very slow. They work on your house one or two days and then it’s 2-3 weeks before they come back. We are moved in and still have holes where cables are coming in. They weren’t covered. Our sump pump they touted so it has a big hole in our side yard. The down spouts they have draining by basement wall so every time it rains our sump pump fills the quality of the homes is nice but watch what they do our dish washer wasn’t properly done and flooded my kitchen. The work they do we’ve had to Have redone.
