The rapid order pick up is kind of pointless. It's never ready when it tells me it is, and then I have to try and track it down in the restaurant because it's not on the shelf. If it is on the shelf, most of the time my drink is missing or a food item is missing and I hate to wait to get the right items. Really wish the rapid order would be faster and be put where it's supposed to. The employees are kind of rude, they get a bit of an attitude if I ask them where my food is, or to get a cup for the drink I paid for.

My steak and cheddar sandwich was not good. At. All. It was cold and pretty thin on meat and onions. So disappointed. The soup and bread were fantastic, as always. I appreciate the hustle but trust me, I can wait a few more minutes for the food I ordered to look and taste like it should. I understand it's hard to find workers but that shouldn't mean your service fails to meet the high standards that Panera Bread has set.

They got my order wrong. I ordered the Ten Vegetable soup, they gave me the Broccoli soup instead. It looked good, so without saying a word, I took it to our table, ate it & loved it. No complaints from me, no sir. 👍👍

Great food!!! Pick 2. Caesar salad with chicken, BBQ Chicken Macaroni and cheese with baguette and a blood orange lemonade. Excellent!!!
