Been here almost 2 years and the recent change in management and maintenance (Nedra and Kyle 😊) has made a night and day difference! Always extremely tentative to ANY issues, friendly, welcoming and give you a very comfortable"home" and family feeling. Clean, professional, and 100% up to and beyond any legal standards. Also, they have now added a fenced in dog park, along with a children's playground area (coming soon) and that is SO important to many residents like myself having young children in an apartment complex. 5 stars all around!!

I love the location (close to stores, doctors' offices, pharmacies, etc.) and the fact that it's close to the highway for ease-of-traveling. It's the closest rental community to town/Chillicothe that is in Zane Trace School District and has affordable rent.

Bridge Street Landing is a nice place to live. Close to all kinds of amenities. The construction next door should be completed in 2017. The rents are pretty affordable but folks do need to realize we are living in a multistory building, so noise can be an issue sometimes. Everybody needs to do their part. New Manager started just this week!
