The girl working is super rude πŸ’€listen I get you don't like your job but don't make it awkward for people who are just here to send or deliver a package. You can tell they're just taking anyone Update: I'm pretty sure the worker here didn't do something right because a package I dropped off here was supposed to be returned but on my account it says the order hasn't even shipped out.

It's convenient, there's usually parking, the guy is helpful and nice. But this one girl who works there could care less about being there. Never greets you or say anything except to be mean. Literally throws your package across the back when you mail something. I understand it's not the most fun job, so I try to be nice and say thank you and let her know I appreciate it. But usually she just literally throws the receipt at me. And if she even bothers to look at me, it's just to stare me with her dead eyes indicating I should just leave.

Rude and unknowledgeable employees I had pre-paid shipping labels supplied by my employer and a linked account so I could mail paperwork at no cost to me. Being unfamiliar with this process, I explain my situation to a front desk person just to be sure and left my return address blank so I don't potentially do it wrong. (Easy enough to fill it out later, right?) His response was that they cannot charge accounts (and noted the return address was blank) and I would have to pay out of pocket, despite the fact that the label was pre-filled out and the account number clearly supplied. I explain that it doesn't make sense to have a section to put an account number, but not be able to charge that account. He insisted that they could not and I would have to pay out of pocket. The cost of shipping was negligible to me, so I pulled out my wallet before the supervisor, who could probably overhear the conversation, came up and asked what was going on. I explained the situation and he immediately scanned the label and said I'm all set, just need to fill out the return address. (Easy enough) The blank return address was seemingly unfathomable to the other employee. A couple months later, I had to mail some more paperwork. I had another pre-made label. Not trying to repeat the scenario, I asked the front desk people (2 girls this time) what I need to have it shipped and charged to the account (again leaving the return address blank). They looked at the label and immediately said they don't charge accounts at this location and to go to the UPS Hub in South San Francisco. I said I didn't want to be "that guy," but I was able to have it sent last time. She repeated that they don't charge accounts and to go to SSF. Not wanting to argue, I went back to my car to look up the address of the SSF hub. I filled out the return address and went back in the confirm that I had to go to SSF. She looked at it again (with the return address filled out) and said that they could ship it. I understand customer service jobs can be stressful dealing with people, but there was no attempt at professionalism or resolution beyond sending me away. They could have easily told me that filling out the return address was all I needed to do (which is understandable, my issue was not wanting to fill anything out incorrectly), but they were adamant I could not charge an account at that location. Zero stars if I could...

Poor customer service. The owner is so unprofessional, rude to customers, ask for extra money without service, employees are disrespectful, unprofessional, and confused about the process with customer service. In general. Very very bad customer service with no respect for the customers. I'm going to change my UPS store because of their disrespected attitude towards customer.
