The new billing website is a joke and it's so un-user friendly. It used to be OK but now it's so un-user-friendly. As an engineer I can't figure out how to check my balance even though I have my old user log in information.

This is not accurate to the hours of operation. They are closed every other Friday...web site shows open today??? Still no way to pay the bill on line?
