Ok, maybe the service is slow but the human behind the counter has a nice attitude. Helpful, patient, and kind. That being said, be prepared to spend 30-45 minutes wait+service time, although it might not take that long.

The old man who works here isn’t the nicest, is pretty slow, and can be unprofessional. I had to wait for him to finish eating before he helped me…why was this place open if he couldn’t help me? Store hours time change is also wrong…he gets there at about 9:30ish if early and leaves at 5 not the 5:45 listed online.

first time i sent money through western union. fees seemed overcharged here compared to what the official website told me. i mentioned it to the person and replied it was a computer thing and denied any wrongdoing. but i shrugged it off since i was in a hurry. next, i told the person that the receiver should receive it in dollars, the person confirmed this during the setup stage although i wasn't comfortable with the persons answer. once the receipt came out, i wanted assurance that they'd receive it in dollars since it said different on the receipt/info paper, the person then took back everything agreed on and insisted I said otherwise. this happened a week ago and i am still pissed. so pissed I made a review. i'm glad am not alone. hoping for the best for them.

I dropped a next day Fed-Ex package that was urgent and specifically asked if the package will go out and the response was if you want today it will go today and if you want tomorrow then tomorrow. This statement should have given me a warning. I called the next day and said the package left and I said no because I cant track the package. Then I was told no package it there and then I said what did you do with my package. Few minutes I was told it was still there and I stated hold the package and I am going to pick it us and drop it to Fed-Ex directly. Not sure how this man still is running his business with such a worst customer service. Fed-Ex reputation will diminish with this store. I don't review normally but since this package was urgent and time sensitive and the package missed the deadline. I will never go back to this store again.
