The team working there is an complete group of disrespect, they stop serving you and make you wait long times and then laugh and say sorry, there is no, they walk around the store making fun of customers. very bad experience I will never return and I do not recommend it. the supposed manager is rude with the clients also definitely a place not to visit if are you looking for a good shoe.

This outlet store inside the sawgrass mall here in South Florida. To get to the store or you can just park in the ample parking lot of Sawgrass Mills and just walk to get to the store. The prices here are wonderful, the service is great, and the way they have everything set up was so nice and organized. Everyone working here was wearing their mask at all times.

The young woman behind the counter was terrible! Lazy, rude, and didn’t know the basics of her job. Thank god for the guy there (probably the manager). At first, she couldn’t look up the receipt sent from the other store. He did it in 10 seconds. Then after waiting in line twice already, she tried to put us to the back of the line for a third time! Thankfully, the manager noticed us again, this time walking out, and he checked us out. The lady then went on to help the lady try on different shoe sizes, accessories, etc, so thank god we didn’t just accept her putting as behind in the line. What a joke.

I love visiting this store! ALDO is my go to store when I want trendy bags and shoes for reasonable prices. Their offerings are always up to date and fashion forward and they have a wide variety for the different personality and style types. You can also get your accessories like jewellery, hats and sunglasses. Men, ALSO also have you covered as they retail shoes and accessories for you too!
